At Oveliq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect orders are handled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item:

  • arrives damaged,
  • is defective,
  • is incorrect,
  • or parts of your order are missing,

Include your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Partial refund

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, we may accept a return provided that:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is in resalable condition.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs if:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • We shipped the wrong item.

For all other approved returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods.

  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Used items.
  • Products damaged after delivery.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may be returned only if they are defective or as required under applicable consumer law.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned due to change of mind.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, or colour, please:

  2. Wait for the return to be approved.
  3. Place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Shipping delays do not automatically mean that an order has been lost.

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and supplier before determining the appropriate solution.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a replacement or a refund.

If the problem is minor, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
