We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location.
  • Supplier processing.
  • Shipping carrier performance.
  • Customs clearance (where applicable).
  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you do not receive your tracking details within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or a refund.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier and supplier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees before they can be resent.

Oveliq is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to investigate the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Oveliq has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged,
  • Incomplete,
  • Defective,
  • Or you receive the wrong item,

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability, supplier location, or warehouse inventory, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when available.
